How Our Service Works

An antenna is mounted on the exterior of your home or business and pointed at one of our access points. This antenna is wired to a power supply and plugged into your router for wireless access throughout your home or business.

How Do I Sign Up?

Step1: Schedule a free site evaluation. To determine if you can receive our service, one of our technicians will visit your location to verify if you can receive signal from one of our access points. Please call 1-800-257-7667 or 715-683-2558, or click HERE to request a site survey.

Step: 2 Installation. Once it is determined that you can receive our service, we can proceed with an installation. One of our technicians will discuss the installation procedure and the find the best location for the antenna and router.

Step3: Go Over the Installation. Together you and one of our qualified technicians will discuss the installation procedure and the best place to put your antenna. Once the installation is complete your computer(s) will be linked to the internet. If you have more than one computer or all wireless devices you will need a wireless router.

Installation and Benefits

• The following prices reflect a 12-month contract and $99.99 installation fee.
• Customers who sign up for Credit/Debit Card auto pay will receive a $50.00 credit towards the installation fee.
• These packages include our Wireless Home Protection Program that covers service calls related to the antenna provided by Selk Electronics as long as you remain a wireless customer.
